If you’ve been bringing your pets to Valley Oak Veterinary Clinic, here’s the short version: almost nothing changes for you.
What’s new
- Our name. Valley Oak Veterinary Clinic is now Skypark Family Pet Care.
- Our address. On Monday, October 5, we move from 4650 Scotts Valley Drive to 266 Mount Hermon Road, Suite P, still right here in Scotts Valley.
- Our website. You’re on it: skyparkfpc.com. Starting Monday, October 5, your old Valley Oak bookmarks will bring you here.
What stays the same
- Your veterinary team. The doctors and staff who cared for your pets at Valley Oak are the same people caring for them at Skypark.
- Our phone number. Still 831-438-6546. No need to update your contacts.
- Your pet’s records. They’re coming with us. There’s nothing to transfer and no new paperwork to fill out.
- Our hours. Open every day, 8am to 5pm.
- How you pay. We still accept debit, cash, CareCredit, and all pet insurance plans.

We’re still a local, community hospital. Not a corporate chain. Just your neighbors, now with a name that’s all about Scotts Valley and a new space to care for your pets.

Do I need to do anything now that you’re Skypark?
No. Your account, your pet’s records, and your reminders all come with us. The only change is where you drive: starting Monday, October 5, come to 266 Mount Hermon Road, Suite P.
Is the phone number the same?
Yes. Call us at 831-438-6546, the same number you’ve always used.
Will my pet see the same veterinarian?
Yes. The same doctors and staff from Valley Oak are moving with us. You can meet the team here.
I have an upcoming appointment. Where do I go?

How do I refill my pet’s medication?

Why do I still see “Valley Oak” in some places?
We’re updating everything to the Skypark name, and a few spots, like reminder emails, social media, or online listings, may say Valley Oak for a little while. It’s still us.
Do you still accept CareCredit and pet insurance?
